About the Service:
A flexible service that allows you to select the drawings your project needs based on its stage and requirements. We prepare the selected drawings in a clear and organized manner to define space planning, element distribution, and design details according to the project’s needs.

📐 Available Drawings

Clients can select the required drawings based on their project needs:

• Furniture Floor Plan: Shows furniture layout and dimensions to ensure proper use of space and comfortable circulation.
• Space Planning Floor Plan: Shows the division and organization of interior spaces and defines their functions according to the project requirements.
• Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP): Shows the ceiling design, layout, and related elements.
• Electrical Floor Plan: Shows the locations and distribution of electrical outlets and points according to the space requirements.
• Lighting Floor Plan: Shows the locations and distribution of lighting fixtures and points.
• Flooring Plan: Shows the layout, direction, and types of flooring and tiles.
• Façade Design: Exterior façade design developed to complement the architectural character of the project.
• Boundary Wall Design: Boundary wall design developed to complement the façade design and overall architectural character.

⏱️ Duration

The project duration is determined based on the project area:

• Up to 50 m²: 10 working days.
• From 51 m² to 150 m²: 20 working days.
• Over 150 m²: The duration will be determined after reviewing the drawings.

The work period begins once all required drawings, information, and measurements have been received from the client.

❌ The Service Does Not Include

• Site visits or site measurements. The work is based on the drawings and measurements provided by the client.
• 3D Design.
• Execution, site supervision, or follow-up of on-site works.
• Any drawings or services not included within the approved scope of work and selected drawings.

➕ Additional Services

Additional services can be added based on project requirements and will be charged separately, including:

• Site Measurement: An on-site visit to take and verify measurements.
• Additional Drawings: Adding any available drawings not included in the original scope.

📌 Important Information

All drawings are prepared based on the plans, information, and measurements provided by the client, and the client is responsible for their accuracy.

Any revisions, additional drawings, or services outside the approved scope of work will be charged separately.
